NEW YORK (AP) - Authorities say a Bronx woman was injured when she was hit with a brick tossed from a roof about six stories above where she was standing.

It happened around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Police say the 66-year-old woman’s granddaughter found the victim lying on the sidewalk.

The victim is in serious but stable condition at Lincoln Hospital.

No arrests have been made.
