ORANGE, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say a triple shooting in northern New Jersey has left one person dead and two others wounded.

NJ.com reports (https://bit.ly/2acNkEW ) the gunfire broke out Wednesday night in Orange. It’s unclear what led up to the shooting, but Essex County Prosecutor’s Office spokeswoman Katherine Carter says the two wounded victims are expected to survive.

Authorities didn’t immediately identify the victims.

The incident remains under investigation.
