DENVER (AP) - Footage from a Denver officer’s body camera showing a Colorado legislator’s DUI arrest has been released.

The Denver Post reports (https://dpo.st/2a1IM1O ) that state Rep. Dan Pabon can be seen in the video released Wednesday asking the officer to call a supervisor or the city attorney. He also tells the officer he only had a drink or two.

The Denver Democrat pleaded guilty Tuesday to driving under the influence in connection with the March incident. He was sentenced to community service and ordered to complete alcohol education and treatment.

Pabon, who was elected to the state House in 2010, is speaker pro tem, meaning he holds the gavel when the House Speaker is absent.

He’s running for re-election in November.
