PERKASIE, Pa. (AP) - A suburban Philadelphia man wanted in the fatal shooting of a man who police say was romantically involved with his girlfriend has turned himself into police.

Authorities say 33-year-old Jeffrey Gould surrendered at the Perkasie police station on Wednesday night. The Bensalem man is charged with criminal homicide in the shooting death of Edward Dubinsky on the porch of the man’s Warwick Township home last week.

Police say Gould was accompanied at the police station by Zannatul Naim, who both men have dated. She’s not facing charges but police believe she was present at the time of the shooting.

Investigators say police want to question Naim but she declined to be interviewed.

It’s not clear if Gould has an attorney.
