CHICAGO (AP) - White Sox second baseman Brett Lawrie has left Thursday’s game against the Detroit Tigers because of tightness in his left hamstring.

Lawrie popped out to the pitcher in the second inning. He was replaced at second base by Tyler Saladino to start the top of the fourth.

Lawrie is batting .248 with 12 homers and 36 RBIs.
