EUCLID, Ohio (AP) - Police say they have arrested two teenagers in the fatal shooting of a man during an impromptu anti-violence rally at a lakeside park in suburban Cleveland.

Euclid (YOO’-klid) police say they have charged a 17-year-old with aggravated murder and a 19-year-old with involuntary manslaughter in the Sunday night killing of 19-year-old Phillip Banks during a Stop the Violence Beach Party.

A 12-year-old boy also was shot is still hospitalized.

Police say there were as many as 300 people at the resident-organized event on the shore of Lake Erie. The target of the shooting is unknown. Banks was hit in the head and died later.
