JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - A Jacksonville man has been convicted in a fatal drug shooting.

The Florida Times-Union (https://goo.gl/ZdcE1N ) reports that 22-year-old Daren Androplis Riley was found guilty Thursday of second-degree murder. He faces a possible life sentence at an Aug. 8 hearing.

Authorities say 30-year-old Anthony Bencivenga was driving a car in September 2014 when Riley fired two shots, hitting Bencivenga once.

Police say the shooting was over a drug deal.
