MINOT, N.D. (AP) - A 53-year-old Minot man has been sentenced to 90 days in jail for backing his vehicle into his brother’s parked car and pushing it through the wall of the house.

The Minot Daily News reports (https://bit.ly/29Z5IkZ ) that Douglas Warren Carr pleaded guilty Thursday to criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.

Carr described the June 11 incident as a family argument.

Carr told North Central District Court Judge Richard Hagar that he had come to North Dakota to stay with his brother and try to get his life on track. Carr says he suffers from mental illness and had not been taking his medication.
