OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - After a night of powerful speeches from some of the nation’s top Democrats, several Oklahoma delegates for Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders say they’re ready to back Hillary Clinton for president in November.

Some members of Oklahoma’s delegation said Tuesday they were moved to tears by speeches at the Democratic National Convention Monday night delivered by Sanders and First Lady Michelle Obama.

Sanders delegate Mark Henricksen, an Oklahoma City attorney, says he has no problem supporting Clinton in November and that he believes most Sanders supporters feel the same way.

Another Sanders delegate, Tom Guild of Edmond, says while he still wants Sanders to get the nomination, he fully intends to support the Democratic nominee.

Guild says Sanders’ endorsement of Clinton “inspired me and broke my heart at the same time.”
