HARRINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have charged a Harrington man and his girlfriend with two burglaries and a robbery, after which they allegedly sold stolen items to pawn shops.

The agency says in a news release that Jordan McGowan and Nora Laughman, both 29, were arrested last week. Troopers say the two were involved in a July 21 burglary in which a gun was stolen from a home.

Police say McGowan and Laughman broke into Lake Forest High School in Felton on July 13 and stole power tolls which they sold to pawn shops.

Authorities also allege that the two robbed a Shell Gas in Hockessin on July 16.

McGowan and Laughman are charged with robbery burglary, theft and other offenses.
