SEATTLE (AP) - Police say they are investigating after a threatening, racist letter was left at a home in West Seattle.

Seattle Police say officers were called to the home Tuesday night after a homeowner found the letter on her front door.

The letter reportedly included racial slurs and references to Black Lives Matter.

Police have the letter and other evidence and say they’re investigating it as malicious harassment, which is in Washington state’s hate crime statute.
