MILWAUKEE (AP) - The Milwaukee Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating another probable heat-related death.

The office says Thursday that it is investigating the death of a 54-year-old man who was brought to the VA Hospital on Monday after collapsing in a parking lot.

The man was walking to work at Miller Park Stadium at the time. He had a body temperature of 109 degrees when admitted to the hospital. He died Wednesday night.

The medical examiner’s office is also investigating the probable heat-related death of a 60-year-old man. That man also died Wednesday after he was found in his home. He had a body temperature of 103 degrees.

The National Weather Service says Milwaukee has seen a string of days with highs in the mid to upper 80s.
