SEATTLE (AP) - A woman who worked as a counselor at a Washington state juvenile detention center has pleaded guilty to having sex with an 18-year-old resident of the facility.

KOMO-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2abBRBR ) that Erin Stiebritz pleaded guilty Wednesday to first-degree custodial sexual misconduct.

Court documents say Washington State Patrol investigators talked to the 18-year-old, who admitted to having a sexual relationship with Stiebritz. He said the sexual contact occurred in Stiebritz’s office at the Green Hill School in Chehalis and that it happened after he turned 18 in July 2015.
