SHELTON, Conn. (AP) - Police say a New York man accused of sexually assaulting two women while massaging them at a Connecticut spa is facing new charges.

Fifty-three-year-old Kim Hyung was charged Tuesday with four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and practicing massage therapy without a license.

Hyung was arrested July 5. Police say a 38-year-old woman reported in May that Hyung had assaulted her during a massage at Coco Spa in Shelton. A 36-year-old woman later reported to police that Hyung allegedly assaulted her during a massage at the spa.

Police say four more women have come forward alleging they’d been inappropriately touched by Hyung.

Investigators say Hyung does not have a license to practice massage therapy.

Hyung’s lawyer has said it’s important that people understand there’s a presumption of innocence.
