FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Minneapolis-area liquor store chain says the name of a Bismarck liquor store is too close for comfort.

The Minnesota chain is known as G-Will Liquors. Its owner has filed a federal trademark infringement suit in Minnesota against the owner of Gee Williquors in Bismarck.

The suit is seeking at least $75,000 in damages.

William Klein, the owner of the Bismarck store, tells KFGO-radio he has hired a lawyer and plans to fight the lawsuit.

Gee Williquors opened two years ago.
