BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) - A small plane went off the runway at Bellingham International Airport, briefly stopping all commercial flights.

The Bellingham Herald reports (https://goo.gl/fxcPRq ) a small, single-engine Cessna wound up in a ditch near the runway just afternoon. Port of Bellingham spokesman Mike Hogan says the pilot and one passenger aboard were not hurt.
