GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - A 17-year-old faces homicide charges after authorities say he smoked marijuana before a crash that killed two people.

Devon Robley of Greenleaf was charged Wednesday with two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and other counts. Prosecutors say he admitted to being under the influence of marijuana during the July 11 crash.

The crash killed 16-year-old Simon Hill of Greenleaf and 32-year-old Laurie Shaha of De Pere. Three others were injured.

WLUK-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2aMFHRw ) that Robley has been out of jail and is being monitored electronically.

A message left with Robley’s attorney was not immediately returned Thursday.
