CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Three more sea turtles are being released following treatment at the South Carolina Aquarium to bring the facility close to a milestone.

The number of turtles treated at the Charleston aquarium since it opened 16 years ago is now approaching 200.

Two green sea turtles named Grace and Swash are being released on the Isle of Palms on Friday along with an endangered Kemp’s ridley turtle named Cherry.

The three bring the number of sea turtles treated and released from the aquarium’s sea turtle hospital to 198.
