BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - The Boulder Reservoir swimming area will be closed at least through Sunday because of high levels of bacteria.

Swimming was temporarily suspended when a water sampling test determined bacteria levels were too high.

According to KMGH-TV (https://tinyurl.com/zwkuemb ), rain runoff is being blamed for the problem.

The reservoir also had to be closed in early June because of a bacteria outbreak.
