SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A Salt Lake City man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun in case of road rage.

The Utah Highway Patrol said Saturday that 23-year-old James Hilton is facing charges of aggravated assault and reckless driving.

Troopers say he cut off a vehicle while driving on S.R. 201 near 7200 West on Saturday.

KUTV reports (https://bit.ly/29cI8eD) that Hilton then allegedly pointed a handgun at the other driver before speeding off.

The victim called police, who located Hilton.

He was arrested during a traffic stop.
