WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) - Police say one person has been wounded in an early morning shooting in Waterloo.

Cedar Rapids television station KCRG report ( ) that police found a man shot in the stomach at a city intersection around 3 a.m. Saturday.

The man was taken to Allen Hospital and is expected to recover. Police have not made any arrests in the shooting.

KCRG reports that the shooting happened just a few houses down from a July 17 drive-by shooting that killed 21-year-old Otavious Brown and wounded two other men.

Police have not made any arrests in that shooting and have not said whether the latest shooting is related.
