NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say four people were injured when a truck hit a mule-drawn tour carriage in New Orleans’ French Quarter.

Police spokesman Aron Looney says in an email that the truck’s driver was taken for DWI testing after the collision Saturday evening.

He says he does not know the result, or the conditions of the mule or the people who were in the carriage.

He says three adults and a juvenile were taken to hospitals for treatment of injuries.

WWL-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2aIZXEH ) that the injuries were not life-threatening, and they and the mule were in stable condition.
