HUNTINGTON, Vt. (AP) - The town of Huntington, Vermont, says access to upper Camels Hump Road and Camels Hump State Park hiking trails will be closed for two days this week.

The Burlington Free Press (https://bfpne.ws/29912n5 ) reports that the road will be closed to traffic from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 5 and July 6 due to construction work on a bridge. The work will also prevent access to the Burrows or Forest City Trails from Huntington.

The town says there will be no parking on Camels Hump Road and that hikers should plan to enter the state park from the Monroe Trail in Duxbury, Vermont.
