HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - Officials say Fourth of July fireworks that had been discarded in a home trash can sparked a blaze that burned two vehicles and the garage of a neighboring home in Henderson.

City spokeswoman Kathleen Richards says no one was injured, but six adults and four children were displaced by the fire about 11:15 p.m. Monday.

Richards says the first firefighters to arrive found both vehicles and the garage burning on Enchanted Court. That’s near Burkholder Boulevard and South Racetrack Road.

Damage is estimated at $105,000.
