LAKEVILLE, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say the body of a New Jersey man who went missing in a northeastern Pennsylvania lake on the Fourth of July has been found.

The Wayne County coroner’s office said rescue workers found the body of 35-year-old Ernesto Atiencia of North Bergen at about 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Officials said Atiencia went missing in the lake at about 2 p.m. Monday. Several emergency departments, including Lackawanna County and New York dive teams, searched the lake.

An autopsy is scheduled Wednesday to determine the cause and manner of death.
