RIVERHEAD, N.Y. (AP) - A 19-year-old man has admitted to serving as a lookout while two friends dragged a 16-year-old girl into a wooded area of a Long Island golf course and raped her.

Newsday reports (https://nwsdy.li/29vSSdi ) Bryan Larios pleaded guilty to kidnapping, rape and related offenses on Tuesday.

Prosecutors had said the suspects approached the girl near a Brentwood middle school in May 2015. Investigators say they robbed and attacked her and a male who was with her. Authorities say the suspects took the girl to a golf course and raped her. She was found naked in the woods.

Larios faces up to four years in prison when he’s sentenced on Aug. 18.
