PUYALLUP, Wash. (AP) - Police are investigating after finding two people dead in a home about 35 miles south of Seattle in Puyallup.

Puyallup Police Captain Scott Engle said in a news release that officers were called by someone who had discovered the bodies of a 92-year-old woman and 79-year-old man Wednesday afternoon.

Engle says police arrived and found a firearm near the bodies. No signs of forced entry into the home were found.

Detectives are investigating.
