NEW YORK (AP) - Fire officials say a morning fire at a high-rise in midtown Manhattan has left six people injured, including two firefighters.

The small fire was reported around 7 a.m. Thursday in a second-floor storage area of the 60-story Silver Towers on West 42nd Street.

Two firefighters and one civilian were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Three other civilians sustained minor injuries and did not require hospitalization.
