RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - Authorities say don’t suspect foul play in the death of infant that was found behind a Rapid City motel.

Rapid City police spokesman Brendyn Medina says an autopsy was performed after the deceased child was found Sunday morning wrapped in cloth behind the motel.

Police say a witness informed officers that a female had a miscarriage and was going to “dispose” of baby’s body.

Police made contact with the mother who said that her baby was stillborn.
