NEWVILLE, Pa. (AP) - State police are investigating after a trucker was found shot at a rest stop along Interstate 81 in Pennsylvania.

Troopers from the Carlisle barracks say Wednesday that they have no new information to report.

The incident was reported shortly after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at a rest stop in Penn Township, Cumberland County, near the Newville exit.

Police haven’t released the victim’s name, or said whether they’re searching for a suspect. They also didn’t specify how the shooting occurred or the circumstances surrounding the incident.
