PITTSBURGH (AP) - A woman has filed a federal lawsuit against a retired Pennsylvania Turnpike worker over sexually explicit pictures of her taken when she was a minor and also alleging that she was sexually abused.

Fifty-nine-year-old John Longo of Hempfield was sentenced to 15 years in prison last year after pleading guilty to charges that he had a retired worker email sexually explicit pictures of the 12-year-old girl to him between June 2009 and November 2010.

The woman also alleges that Longo subjected her to unwanted touching and other contact when she visited the turnpike facility, and employees didn’t report the conduct.

The lawsuit also names the turnpike commission, which declined comment, citing the pending litigation. An attorney who represented Longo in his earlier case didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment.
