PARAMOUNT, Calif. (AP) - Los Angeles County authorities say a driver was arrested after a single-vehicle crash in Paramount that killed one passenger and injured two others.

Sheriff’s officials say a female passenger was ejected and died at the scene early Thursday.

Four people were in the car. The male driver was taken to a hospital and then arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter.

KABC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1YgzaCq) two passengers in the back seat were hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
