MILLSBORO, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested five people on charges that include theft and drug possession after troopers responded to a complaint of a loud party in a Millsboro mobile home park.

The agency said in a news release that troopers went to the Bay City Mobile Home Park late Sunday. Police say several partygoers fled, but officers detained others.

Troopers say heroin and drug paraphernalia were observed inside a shed near the mobile home. Authorities say marijuana was found in a car on the property.

Five people were charged with various offenses; police are seeking two other suspects who fled.
