GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - Georgetown police say they have arrested four people suspected in a graffiti spree.

Police tell local media that an investigation began in January into 50 reports of graffiti throughout the town. Detectives were able to identify suspects using community outreach, social media and foot patrols, among other investigation measures.

The first arrests came on March 10, when police arrested two juveniles for committing acts of graffiti in the Kimmeytown area. They were released to their parents.

On March 18, police arrested 26-year-old Anthony Masariegos for 15 counts of graffiti in the Georgetown area. On Friday, police arrested 20-year-old Tyler Bedwell for three counts of graffiti. Both were released on bond.

It’s unclear if any of the suspects have attorneys.
