DETROIT (AP) - Police say two young men shot at three people who were sitting in a car on Detroit’s east side, killing two and injuring the third.

Deputy Chief Renee Hall tells WXYZ-TV that the shooting happened early Wednesday after the two men approached the car on foot, called out to the people inside and opened fire.

Hall says about 30 shots were fired from two guns. Police are seeking the suspects, who are described as men in their 20s.
