NEW YORK (AP) - A registered sex offender who was wearing an electronic tracking device when he abused two New York City subway riders has been sentenced to two years in prison.

Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown announced the sentence Wednesday for Paul Kingsley of Brooklyn.

Kingsley was convicted in April of sexual abuse, forcible touching, child endangerment and harassment.

He abused the subway riders - a 13-year-old girl and a 23-year-old woman - in December 2013. The incidents occurred within minutes of each other on two different trains.

He previously was convicted in Guilford County, North Carolina and Syracuse, New York, for abusing two young girls in libraries.
