PLEASANTVILLE, N.J. (AP) - Authorities say two men were injured in a shooting in southern New Jersey.

Pleasantville police found the first victim around 4:20 a.m. Saturday when they responded to reports of shots fired in the 600 block of Woodland Avenue. They say the 30-year-old man had suffered “multiple” gunshot wounds and was taken to a hospital.

Authorities say a 26-year-old man arrived at the same hospital a short time later with a gunshot wound. They soon determined that both men had been shot in the same incident, but the victims’ names and further details on their injuries were not disclosed.

A motive for the shooting remains under investigation.

Authorities say no arrests have been made.
