CANTON, Miss. (AP) - An orthopedic surgeon’s wife has pleaded guilty to eight counts of letting underage teens drink at her house,

Madison County prosecutor Pamela Hancock tells WLBT-TV (https://bit.ly/24Z9tX7 ) that prosecutors dropped 12 counts of the same misdemeanor charge when Anne Dulske (DUHL-skee) pleaded guilty last week.

She was fined $8,000, given a suspended 90-day sentence, and ordered to do 80 hours of community service.

Hancock tells news media that prosecutors probably couldn’t prove that Dr. Michael Dulske knew about the drinking. She says charges against him will be dropped if he stays out of trouble for two years.

Hancock says the teens told investigators they brought their own alcohol and kept it by the couple’s pool.

She says Dr. Dulske may have been asleep, but partiers said Anne Dulske knew about the party, but stayed inside.
