ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - A United Airlines flight headed for Albuquerque International Sunport was forced to turn around and land in Farmington because of bad weather.

KOB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1X0KfIg ) that the Boeing 737 from Denver landed at the Four Corners Regional Airport in Farmington because of bad weather on Wednesday.

The plane was back in the air by 10 p.m. and expected to land in Albuquerque later that night.

Officials say the Farmington airport does not often handle such large planes.
