WASHINGTON (AP) - The Washington Nationals have agreed to terms with 23 of their 40 draft picks, including first-rounder Carter Kieboom.

General manager Mike Rizzo and assistant GM and vice president of scouting operations Kris Kline announced the moves Monday.

Kieboom, a Georgia high school shortstop, was the 28th overall pick. He’ll start his pro career with the Gulf Coast League Nationals in Viera, Florida.

The only top-10-round selections who remain unsigned are No. 29 pick Dane Dunning and fourth-rounder Nick Banks. Dunning, a right-handed pitcher, is still playing in the College World Series with Florida.
