SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. (AP) - An 18-year-old woman will spend the next 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to killing a man who tried to sell her and her boyfriend a PlayStation video gaming system through Craigslist.

WSB-TV (https://2wsb.tv/28L2Ntm ) reports that Kayla Dixon, of Doraville, confessed Monday, the same day her trial was about to begin, to killing Danny Zeitz in 2014 after she and her boyfriend responded to Zeitz’s ad. Prosecutors say Dixon and Nathaniel Vivien intended to rob Zeitz, of Sandy Springs, and when he resisted Dixon pulled a gun from in between her legs and fatally shot him.

Dixon was 16-years-old at the time of the murder.
