BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) - A 23-year-old Laurel woman died when her car went off Buffalo Trail Road north of Laurel and down an embankment, rolling several times before stopping on its roof.

The Montana Highway Patrol tells The Billings Gazette (https://bit.ly/28L7YKD ) the woman was southbound at about 2 a.m. Tuesday when she failed to negotiate a turn and went off the road just northwest of the Laurel Municipal Airport. She died at the scene.

The woman’s name has not been released. The crash is still under investigation.
