ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) - A $2 million dredging project at Rochester Harbor is wrapping up for the year.

Rep. Louise Slaughter says she will help mark the completion of the navigational dredging on Tuesday at Rochester’s Coast Guard station.

The work began last month. More dredging is expected next year.

Slaughter says the representatives of the Army Corps of Engineers, the Coast Guard and EssRoc Ready Mix will be on hand to mark the end of dredging this year.
