LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A western Nebraska man has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for producing child pornography.

U.S. Attorney Deborah Gilg (gihlg) said in a written release that 39-year-old Jesse Lucio, of Chadron, was sentenced Thursday in Lincoln’s federal court.

Police say Lucio had sex last year with a 15-year-old girl and recorded the act on a computer tablet.

Upon his release from prison, Lucio must serve 10 years of supervised release and must register as a sex offender.

There is no parole in the federal system.
