FAIRMONT, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia State Police are investigating after an officer shot and wounded a suspect while investigating a report of a stolen car.

A statement from state police says the Fairmont officer fired at 48-year-old Stephen Anthony Haller when he drove the vehicle in an aggressive and threatening manner toward police.
