NEW YORK (AP) - The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says it will be conducting emergency response exercises at LaGuardia Airport this Saturday.

The agency says flights and other airport operations will not be affected. But it says passengers and motorists may see numerous emergency vehicles and simulated smoke around the airport between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday.

The emergency exercises will involve authority personnel, the FBI, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Transportation Security Administration, the police and fire departments and other emergency responders.
