WELLSVILLE, Utah (AP) - A drug rehab center in northern Utah has lost its license to operate as the result of a multi-agency raid.

The Herald Journal reports (https://bit.ly/28T8HKs ) that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, along with officials from the Utah Department of Human Services entered the Sherwood Hills Recovery Resort in Wellsville on Wednesday while delivering the revocation order and a warrant to investigate possible drug violations.

Sherwood Hills has been operating under probationary status with DHS since last fall due to allegations of administrative and procedural problems.

Sherwood Hills representatives did not comment on the investigation.
