NEW YORK (AP) - Police are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman at knifepoint in a New York City park.

The New York Police Department released details Thursday of the May 17 incident at Gorman Park in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan.

Police say a 42-year-old woman was walking in the park when a man forced her off a walking path and pushed her to the ground. They say the man put a knife to the woman’s throat and then raped her.
