CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Natrona County authorities say they are looking for a group of robbers who held a man at gunpoint and took off with his puppy.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/28UHzsL ) that the incident took place early Thursday. The victim was not injured.

The sheriff’s office says the victim had stopped his car to allow the mixed-breed puppy to go to the bathroom when he was confronted by two men and one woman.

The group had pulled up in a blue Dodge pickup truck before stealing the man’s puppy, cellphone and wallet and fleeing the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.
