Man driving stolen moped hit by car in Philly, critical

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police say a man riding a stolen moped has been hit by a car and is in critical condition.

Police haven’t released the name of the 22-year-old man who was injured about 5:15 p.m. Thursday.

Police say the car’s driver stopped at the scene and is cooperating with police.

The moped rider is being treated at Temple University Hospital.
